We have been renting in Florida for over 15 years now and this was by far the best. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could ever want. There were eight of us there for 2½ weeks but with the place being so large, you wouldn't have known there were that many. Having the bicycles was also an asset as you could bike to Kelly Park and enjoy the day there. Although the weather was cool, everyone really enjoyed the surroundings. The cold weather had taken its toll on the foliage, so we could only imagine what it must have been like. We look forward to seeing it again next year. Thanks again for your hospitality. Thankyou for the use of your beautiful, spacious, well equipped vacation home! There is plenty of room and the furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is large and equipped with anything you could need! The pool looked very inviting, but unfortunately, it was way to cold outside for us to enjoy it.

I have rented over 20 different homes in the state of Florida and this one is without a doubt the nicest, most well equipped home that I've rented! The place is beautiful and very nicely furnished. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodations you provided our family. We all felt like we were at our own private resort! We all loved the heated pool and the gardens. We even enjoyed a couple of fresh ripe oranges off a tree in the yard. ( I hope that was OK) We all thought that pretty neat since being from Michigan! Your furniture, decor and comfortable beds were such a blessing.We hope you still have the place come our retirement, if so you may have a guest for a few months. We will need to come back, our stay was much too short. This is definitely the way to go over a hotel any day. Thanks also for doing the grocery shopping, you did a great job.

Wow...the home and experience here definitely exceeded our expectations! It looked beautiful in the pictures, but it's even better in person! Everything we needed was here. We were in town for Ryan's brother's wedding, and having the house as our "home" for friends and family for the week was such a huge blessing. We weren't up for doing touristy things, so it was great to be somewhere that we still felt we were on vacation. We can't imagine what the week would have been like if we'd stayed in a hotel. Thank you, Charles and Nina, for sharing this beautiful asset with others! I have a feeling stays at this home may become a Maki family tradition. P.S. To anyone else who has issues with fragrances, I left some fragrance-free body wash under the mb sink. :)

Where do one start, First of all Charles and Nina are the sweetiest two you will every meet. The hospitality was the best I have ever received. The house is spotless clean as well as the pool and area. I can't remember the last time I had a good night sleep until I came here. Everything is a 5 star, from the beds, furniture, even their towels. This is my second year staying at this beautiful home. I would recommend this house to anyone from the old to the young and especially if you have children. There are computers, lots of dvd movies, 3 or 4 televisions. Large pool with swimming toys. I had a fantasic holiday. This house is spectacular and Charles and Nina could not be more accomodating. If you are looking to book a holiday here, you will not find any better accomodations and without a doubt no better hosts. I will definitely be back.

There was 10 of us girls that had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We are going back again this year, plus I am booking it for my own family next year. The house is so beautiful, clean. The hospitality was the best. You will also love Charles and Nina

There isn't really anything I can add to those who have already posted. Usually when you go somewhere you say, " if only they had !!!!". Not in this case, everything you need is here. A great place to sit by the pool in the private, secluded garden and just unwind! I'm off to enjoy my last day relaxing outside. Thanks for everything. Sam

The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We were leary of renting online, but were pleasanty surprised; it was a great experience and we wish we would have found this place sooner rather than staying in hotels. The house is very comfortable and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. When they say "fully equipped", they aren't kidding! They even have some baby gear in the garage (high chairs, pack n play and strollers). We second the five-star resort comment and would highly recommend it. Should we have a future need for a short-term rental in Central FL, we will definitely stay here again!

The home is every bit as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures and Charles is an extremely attentive host. You'll find the golf course to be very playable and well maintained. It is a convenient drive to the Disney parks via Hyw 429 from Apopka. It's 45 minutes to the airport but once you're here, you'll have everything that you need. We've aready booked for next year. Clearly a 5-star vacation home!

Well, what can we say that hasn't been said already. We had a fabulous time at your beautiful home! We have traveled to many rental homes over the years & this was by far our favorite! The home & all the amenities were unbelievable! We have never been so pampered in any of our experiences. We were having such a good time that we extended our stay and have been checking the availability for future visits. We loved it & Charles was the best! Well Charles and Nina having read what everyone else has had to say about this magnificent villa, the gardens and your reputations as the perfect host's we really don't believe there is much we can add, except to say that we agree totally. We love Florida and you take a gamble when you travel as far as we have from Australia hoping not to be disappointed but there was no chance of that happening at your home. We will most certainly recommend you both to all our family and friends both in Aussie and the UK. We had the most wonderful time.

Sets the standard by which other vacation homes should be judged. We had a wonderful three weeks here and wanted for nothing. The Villa is beautiful and has everything you could need and more. One word to those visiting with very small children- there is no fence around the beautiful pool so you will need to keep an eye open! Charles is an excellent host and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. We will certainly be back and will be recommending Charles's home to all of our friends.

Our family very much enjoyed our vacation...it passed all too quickly. The accommodations were very, very nice and the decor delightful. We hardly had time to enjoy all the amenities and discovered all the games the day we were packing to leave!!! You provide a very nice assortment of items that we didn't need to go shopping for once we arrived, which provided more time to enjoy ourselves...thanks. You folks have a nice setup going. We would recommend it to anyone interested. One recommendation I would make is to place a mat by the slider and back bathroom doors to the pool. (keeping the water out of the house as well as preventing slipping) You folks keep an attractive house and yard. Thanks. Donna Hook
