We were amazed when we walked into your home and took in all the beautiful decorated rooms, pool and landscaping, the home offered anything you needed and then some. Wow! This vacation home has blown us away. We had had such a terrible experience with renting a vacation unit before... but our experience here has completely made up for that. The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities to make it the perfect vacation home! I have booked vacation rentals in Spain, Italy, Puerto Rico - all great places but my goodness nothing like this home. WOW - this house is absolutely fabulous - the pictures on the net are spot on and the reality is even better. Everything that you could require is available at the home - in addition - it is spotless. There were 8 adults staying here and we all enjoyed our stay. Believe me - everthing you could think of - cleaning supplies; toiletries, all the comforts of home plus the extra packages that are available plus it is in a great neighbourhood. More than the house is the service provided by Charles. From booking the accommodation to arriving and occupying the house Charles' service has been professional and beyond reproach. One of the comments by a previous guest is "Charles is an amazing host" - he truly is. When looking for a holiday home I spend hours researching properties before making a decision - immediately I found this home I knew this was it. Dear Charles and Nina Having just spent 3 weeks in your holiday villa in Apopka we would just like to say how great the experience was. The villa was superbly equipped with everything we needed. The pool and gardens were fantastic and a fabulous place to relax at any time of the day. What made the experience even better was the thoughtful extras such as toiletries, everyday disposables and office equipment. The Rock Springs Ridge Community was a great place to stay; spacious, beautifully landscaped, safe & friendly. Close by were all the local shops and conveniences & the fantastic Kelly Park. We also found the new SR 429 excellent at getting us to the Florida Turnpike, south Orlando and beyond. When we return to this part of Florida we will certainly like to stay here again! May 17-23 2008 We spent almost a week here and it was very difficult for us to leave, the house was gorgeous, clean (spotless), and was filled with every amenity that we needed. It was very private and we felt very safe. We have told all of our family about this place and they are interested in coming down. IF you are reading this and you are thinking of staying here... it is a fantastic place... I almost don't want to recommend it because that means that it will be booked up and we won't be able to go back as often! :D Thanks Charles and Nina for all your help! btw the pics on the website don't nearly do the place justice!

May 3-17, 2008 - Charles and Nina: This home made my vacation a dream come true. My mom and my son Jesse and I all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The home had everything we could possibly need and then some and the beds were nicer then the ones I have at home. Loads of space and tvs to keep everyone happy. Plus computer with internet access. Lovely front loading laundry pair made life easy. Loads of restaurants and shopping nearby and in Altamonte Springs. I had to call Charles a couple of times and he was always extremely polite and accommodating with my requests. We are feeling sad about leaving this lovely place and returning home. The home and grounds surpassed our high expectations. Everything needed was provided, yet Charles and Nina still checked occasionally to be sure all was going well. We also purchased the golf package and it was a great value providing 27 holes of golf. The golf course pro was very attentive to our requests for tee times, etc. I would highly recommend this property.....you receive more than you pay for which is refreshing. Thanks, Gary

The beauty and comfort of this wonderful home exceeded our expectations - and we had high expectations from the pictures of the property on the internet! We spent a month and could not have felt more at home - everything we needed or wanted was there. The house was beautifully furnished and so comfortable that we immediately settled in for the most refreshing vacation we've ever had. We especially loved the gardens and pool which provided an exquisite view as we enjoyed our meals. The house was excellent. Everything exceeded our expections. Fresh florwegrs and free cold drinks were a nice suprise. Home was clean smelled great. We enjoyed the privacy and the landscapped lawn. We spent a wonderful four days and this home and it was more than we ever expected; everthing that we needed for three couples was here. The couples we were with for a college reunion of sorts couldnt believe what we had available for the price; what a value. Rooms were comfortable, the pool was great and grounds were beautiful. Computer accessibility and TV room was great. We'll definitely come back and would recommend Charle's property highly to anyone.

It's definitely the place to stay. Golf course was great. Facilities are excellent. We've waited until the last minute to head to the airport because we hate leaving.

We have stayed in a lot of villas, condos, and homes across the country but this rates as absolutely the best. The quality of everything from appliances to entertainment system is remarkable for a rental home. The privacy of the setting and convenience to the golf course is fantastic.

This house is so Beautiful I don't even know where to start. When I first walked in I felt like a "movie star"! It's big, luxurious, and filled with wonderful scents. A very quiet, private tropical paradise. Let's start with the inside: Charles and Nina have exquisite taste. The best of everything from decor to bedding. All the beds are extremely comfortable. Top of the line mattresses and bedding. My family and I stayed for one week around Christmas, and each day I noticed something beautiful that I hadn't seen the day before! They offer alot of "extras" that you won't find in other "rentals". Bottled water, pop, paper products, dish/laundry soap, bath products; and, if you've forgotten something from home, there's a good chance they have it there! I was aware there were DVD's in the house, but, was surprised to see there's over 200 selections! All new releases, also! We also used the bikes in the garage to ride around the Beautiful neighborhood. Now for the outside: The pool area and yard is breathtaking, especially at night with the pool lights on. The backyard is a "tropical oasis". Very private and quiet. If I owned such a beautiful home furnished with the best of everything, I would never allow strangers to stay there! The stay in your home, Charles and Nina, has truly been memories for our family. We planned a Florida vacation as a gift for our grandchildren and they were blown away when we arrived! The comfort for us with the children's ages ranging from 10 to 16 was astounding. We have never stayed in such a complete vacation home. The office was a great place to be in touch with work back home and doubled as the kids' homework station. Positively everything we even thought we'd need was already there! We really enjoyed the privacy of the gardens and found the kids exploring it too. We were especially comfortable with the upscale neighborhood and were confident our kids were safe when they'd take a stroll or a bike ride. Thank you again for such a warm welcome......fresh flowers and cold drinks were quite a statement for our arrival! We plan to return.

Wow! Gina and Charles, there are no words to explain how pleased we are with the house and your hospitality. The Mansion (yes, â??The Mansionâ?� is how we called the house) has so many details and luxuries that made us feel blessed and living a dream. It was so tranquil that at times it felt like we were visiting another country. The privacy and landscaping are exceptional. The house, pool and neighborhood are neat and beautiful. There is nothing missing in that house. There is nothing you could possibly think of or want that Charles and Gina have not provided. This vacation was very special. We rented the house for our family coming from Puerto Rico to prepare for and celebrate my daughterâ??s 15th Birthday party. It was a perfect! We also had our family Thanksgiving dinner celebration. Needless to say, it was a complete success. They left so happy and with spirits renewed that they already want to come back next year to relive the experience. We have just ended our vacation in Florida and wanted to drop you this note. We have enjoyed the more than any vacation home we have had the pleasure of staying in. We arrived in Orlando at 8 am on Sunday morning. We arrived at the home around 9 am. We could see through the window that the house was being professionally cleaned. We went to breakfast and called Charles (owner) around 10 am. We knew check-in was at 4 pm but wanted to know if we could possibly check in a bit early. Charles responded by saying "how about 11 am?" We were very happy. We had been flying for 18 hours from Alaska and were very tired. We showed up at 11 am and the house was spotless and ready to go. Charles saved the day! If you are a parent you know what I mean, having a 9 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old all tired is a nightmare. The house, as you will find, is awesome. There is nothing you could want that Charles has not provided. Everything is top of the line in quality and service. We were here for 10 days and the pool was serviced at least twice that we witnessed. The yard, the pool, the garage, and the house were all spotless. The location is excellent. Very quiet with little traffic and absolutely no neighborhood noise. We could take 429 to Disney and be there in 35 minutes, without hardly any traffic. It was so nice to have the big home to come back to after a busy day at Disney. After a quick swim, we would put the kids to bed and then pick up a movie from Charles' collection. I have to work when away and the home office was perfect. I cannot go on enough about the contents of the house. He has thought of everything. My wife and I actually tried to come up with something he did not have, but we could not find anything! Charles, once again, thank you for letting us use your vacation home. Absolute luxury. We have rented vacation homes in the past and have been very happy with them but we now have found the house we will always come back to. The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped and kept yard. Once you enter the house you notice a pleasent smelling , tastefully decorated home that welcomes you in. The owners went out of there way to provide everything we needed so we could enjoy our time in Florida. My mother loved the gardens and even got to read up on the plants in the yard because the home also had a small library as well as a very well stocked libary of DVD's. Coming home to the house after a long day, we could relax watching a movie or taking a swim in the picture perfect pool. The newly completed Hwy 429 took us right to Disney. We loved the house and the way we were treated!(we really felt at home).We are planning another stay in this home and will not be looking at any other vacation homes.
